Come join our sales team at Wild Barrel! We are in search of a dynamic, versatile sales representative for the Orange County area who is a motivated self-starter with a growing passion for craft beer. Must be located in Orange County, Calif.Wild Barrel is best known for our fruit-forward Berliner Weisses or “Vices,” as we call them, but we also excel in other delicious beer styles. This is a commission based entry-level sales position with room to grow. The OC Sales Rep will be responsible for all current off-premise accounts in their territory, and have unlimited opportunity to help expand the brand and tap into new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, strong communication and follow-up skills, be detail-oriented and highly organized, and open to a variable schedule. Must be willing to travel.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age Interest/knowledge in craft beer
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management & sales reps
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent persuasive selling and relationship development skills
Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships
Must have reliable transportation
Clean driving record preferred
1-2 years of sales experience preferred (but not required)
Job Responsibilities:
Attend weekly sales meeting via conference calls or in person
Work closely with the sales director
Visit assigned off-premise accounts
Establish relationships and maintain high level of interaction and communication
Conduct tastings and events to increase visibility
Pursue new opportunities for distribution
Maintain store shelf standards and inventory
Ensure compliance with ABC regulations
Report weekly sales figuresRepresent Wild Barrel Brewing Co. through company events
